Product Manager
Define product strategy and roadmaps for our client projects. Bridge business goals with engineering execution and ship products users love.
Apply NowAbout the role
We need a Product Manager who can sit between a client’s business goals and a technical team that wants to build the right thing. You will shape scope, sequence work, and keep delivery honest. You are comfortable saying no, writing things down, and changing the plan when the problem is better understood.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with clients: problem, users, constraints, and success metrics
- Turn findings into roadmaps, stories, and a delivery sequence the team can execute
- Facilitate trade-offs between scope, quality, timeline, and technical risk
- Keep stakeholders aligned with clear written updates and working sessions
- Partner with design and engineering from kickoff through launch and iteration
- Build lightweight product process that fits a studio, not a large corporate machine
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management on shipped digital products (web, mobile, or SaaS)
- Experience working closely with engineers and designers, not only writing tickets
- Ability to turn ambiguous client conversations into a concrete, prioritized plan
- Strong writing: briefs, decisions, and status that people actually read
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and difficult scope conversations
- Bias toward shipping, measuring, and iterating rather than perfecting the backlog
Nice to have
- Background in a product studio, consultancy, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with AI product opportunities and their practical limits
- Technical literacy sufficient to challenge estimates and architectural options
- Experience with discovery methods such as interviews, journey mapping, or opportunity scoring
What we offer
- Remote-first collaboration with flexible working hours
- Work on real products for ambitious clients, not throwaway prototypes
- Opportunity to experiment with AI, modern stacks, and new product ideas
- Direct impact on architecture, delivery, and client outcomes
- A small team that values curiosity, craft, and clear communication
