UI/UX Designer
Create intuitive, beautiful interfaces for web and mobile products. You think in systems, communicate through prototypes, and sweat the details.
Apply NowAbout the role
We are hiring a UI/UX Designer who can take a messy product problem and turn it into a clear, premium interface. You will work on client products and our own brand surfaces. You think in systems, not one-off screens, and you are comfortable sitting with engineers until the built product matches the intent.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products
- Build and maintain design systems that scale across features and platforms
- Prototype interactions and validate them with stakeholders and, when possible, users
- Partner with engineering so spacing, motion, and states survive implementation
- Contribute to TechHunterLab brand work: marketing pages, product UI, and presentation assets
- Present design decisions clearly, including the problems they solve and the ones they defer
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience for shipped web or mobile software
- A portfolio that shows systems thinking, not only visual polish
- Proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and handing off specs to engineers
- Strong interaction design skills: empty states, errors, loading, and edge cases
- Ability to work from ambiguous briefs and ask the right product questions
- Excellent remote collaboration and critique skills
Nice to have
- Motion design or illustration skills that raise the quality of a product without slowing it down
- Experience designing AI products, dashboards, or complex SaaS workflows
- Light front-end skills (HTML/CSS or React) for tighter collaboration
- Experience in a studio or agency setting with multiple concurrent clients
What we offer
- Remote-first collaboration with flexible working hours
- Work on real products for ambitious clients, not throwaway prototypes
- Opportunity to experiment with AI, modern stacks, and new product ideas
- Direct impact on architecture, delivery, and client outcomes
- A small team that values curiosity, craft, and clear communication
